A light mango & passion fruit cheesecake on a thin buttery biscuit base.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
Full Fat Soft Cheese (32%) (Skimmed Milk, Cream [Milk], Permeate, Salt, Modified Tapioca Starch, Stabiliser Blend (Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum)), Digestive Biscuit Crumb (20%) (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamine, Nicotinamide), Sugar, Palm Oil, Invert Sugar Syrup, Rapeseed Oil, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt), Mango Puree (13%) (Sugar, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Whipping Cream [Milk], Caster Sugar, Salted Butter (6%) [Milk], Passion Fruit Concentrate (4%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (Thickener: Guar Gum), Water, Beef Gelatine.
